It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to temporarily close our doors at AKG.
At the start of the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak we said that we would stay open until we were forced to close. We wanted our clients to know that we were going to be here no matter what happened. However, we feel it is now time to do the right thing for our clients, our families and our community. Although Barber shops, Hairdressers and other Beauty Salons have not officially been told to close yet, we feel it would be selfish to continue to trade in these crucial times.
For ourselves and many other small businesses this brief closure could have catastrophic impacts on our livelihood however we seek comfort in knowing that closing our doors and staying home will save lives.
So to all of our clients and friends,
Our sincerest Thank You’s go out to every single one of you who continue to support us every week of the year. You are the life and soul of AKG and we could not be here without you all!
We will keep everyone updated with when we can reopen and we hope to see you all again in the very near future

Self isolate. Don’ t leave the house unless you need to. Don’t panic buy. Wash your hands. Stay Safe.
